By officially joining a church, you demonstrate your faith in God and Jesus Christ, and make a commitment to your friends within the congregation to serve together in the work of the church.
Membership at First Baptist is open to youth and adults (from any background) who participate in a Discovery 101 Class and have been (or will be) baptized.
Discovery 101 Class
The Discovery 101 Class has been designed for people who would like to know more about this local church family! The four hour class will share with you the story of First Baptist, including what our mission, core values, basic beliefs and vision is for the future.
We'll laugh together, learn together, enjoy some good food and, hopefully, have a picture painted for you that will help you understand more of what life is like at FBC. You will also learn of ways to connect and become more involved if you are ready for that next step.
There will be opportunities to ask any questions you may have about the church or any of the material covered.
